September 24 - October 5

Grade 8 - Will continue to look at weather patterns including storms, fronts aqnd predicting the weather. They are taking a test today which should be graded and in their test section of their binder by early next week.  Ask to see it.

Grade 7 - Will continue to explore the periodic table. We have completed activities  discovering the patterns on table and tried to produce a periodic table using "alien" elements.  The test covering the periodic table should be on Wednesday. Check binders for exact day.

Grade 6 - We will continue to work on the nervous system.  They completed an activity on reaction time to show stimulus and response. There are about 20 vocabulary words in their binder that they should be studying nightly. There will probably be a quiz on those next week - definite day TBA.  Check their planners for exact dates next week.
